This is an open letter to all Christians from all sects. Please take the time to read this in its entirety before responding.
There is nothing wrong with having a desire to connect with the One Who created you. This is the natural draw of your soul, to reconnect with its source. Every human being at birth is given a Divine Spark that seeks to return to its Giver.
But understand this; most of humanity has fallen into the trap that an old country song describes best; “Looking for love in all the wrong places, looking for love in too many faces.”
All over the world through many faces of religions people are looking for that love that comes from being connected to a higher source. Christianity is no different but in their looking they have looked upon the wrong one who has roots in paganism for thousands of years.
Dear Christian are you trading one abomination for another? Read on to find out.
I am going to paint a broad stroke with the following verse; it was given to Israel but its essence is applicable for all humanity.
Hosea 4:6
“My people has been eliminated for the lack of knowledge; for you have spurned knowledge, and I will spurn you from serving Me; and s you have forgotten the Torah of your God, I too will forget your children.”
The people do not perish for the lack of salvation but for the lack of knowledge – they perish because they do not have the knowledge of what God wants from them. So they create their own ideas of what they think or believe God wants.
What God wants is found in his Torah.
The world at large has forgotten the Torah of God. The word Torah means in its finite meaning, means, instruction.
The original Hebrew Scriptures not the scriptures that were tampered with by the Catholic Church and early translators. But the original Tanach; all the answers for humanity is there without having to add a thing.
Hosea 6:6
“For I desire kindness, not sacrifice; and the Knowledge of God more than burnt offerings.”
Proverbs 2: 1-5
“My child: If you will accept My words and treasure my commandments with yourself, to make your ears attentive to wisdom, incline your heart to understanding –[for] only if you call out to understanding [and] give forth your voice to discernment, if you seek it as [if it were] silver, if you search for it [if it were] hidden treasures – then you will understand the fear of G-d, and discover the knowledge of God.”
As stated above, people of the earth are not perishing because of a lack of salvation but from the lack of knowledge – the knowledge of God.
Dear Christian what you ask the world to do and what you ask of the Jewish people is an abomination of the Most High God.
Now we will seek the knowledge of God concerning this matter.
Right now in 2012 there is a hot topic about the essence of marriage be it between a man and a woman and same sex marriage – the Christians have risen up and fight the cause declaring that same sex marriage is an abomination of God – but when you ask the world to accept Jesus you are trading one abomination for another.
How is the message of and about Jesus an abomination of God?
Nowhere in His Torah does God ask for human sacrifice to atone for sins or to draw close to Him. Matter of fact He calls human sacrifice an abomination.
God does not accept the human sacrifice of Jesus no more than He does same sex marriage.
Here is how to KNOW this.
First of all many will jump to the example of Abraham and Isaac. One God sent this as a test to see if Abraham would put his son before him and God. God stopped the act before hand and gave the appropriate offering. Abraham knew that the actual sacrifice of his son was a pagan observance and he knew that God would provide and that it was a test.
Moshe even asked God to take him as a sacrifice and have his name blotted out of the Book of Life. And God said, no – that ever person is responsible for their own sin and would die because of their own sin – for the son will not die because of the sins of the father not will the father die for the sin of the son. More on this later.
Where do we find that human sacrifice is an abomination?
Right before the commandment against homosexuality, we have the commandment not to pass your children through for Molech. Even though this is a commandment not to pass the children through Molech, Molech represents human sacrifice be it children or adult. And even though the word abomination is not include in the verse we will see here in a bit that God still calls it an abomination but first.
Jeremiah 7:31 – 19:2-6
“They have built high places of the Tropheth that are in the Valley of the son of Hinnom, to burn their sons and their daugters in fire – which I had not commanded and had not entered My mind.
“and they built the high places of Baal, [at which] to burn their sons and daughters in fire as a burnt offering to Baal, which I never commanded, nor spoke of, nor even considered in My heart.
Again the idea of human sacrifice has not entered into the mind of God, nor even considered in His heart – so His plan for a sacrifice of quote His son was never in His mind even from the beginning.
Again these passage deals with the offering up of sons and daughters for sacrifice, human sacrifice and He calls this an abomination.
2 Chronicles 28:3
“He burned incense in the Valley of Ben-hinnom and set his sons aflame, like the abominations of the nations whom God had driven out before the Children of Israel.
Deuteronomy 12:29-31
“When the L-RD your G-d, will cut down the nations, to which you come to take possession from them and settle in their land, beware for yourself lest you become attracted after them after they have been destroyed before you, and lest you seek out their gods, saying, “How did these nations worship their gods, and even I will do the same.” You shall not do so to the L-RD, your God, for everything that is an abomination of God, that He hates, have they done to their gods; for even their sons and daughters have been burned in the fir for their gods.”
God tells us not to worship Him as the nations did their gods for all abominations have been done unto them – this includes human sacrifice.
Human sacrifice is a worship practice from the nations and God hates it and deplores it. He would never ask for a human to be sacrificed for Him to appease Him. He would never come in the form of a man to do what He says that he hates.
When you, Christian, ask someone to accept Jesus as their sacrifice, you are asking them to accept a human sacrifice – you are asking them to commit an abomination.
As we have learned by seeking out the knowledge of God – human sacrifice be it children or adult has never enterd into the heart or mind of the Creator.
The fact that you even suggest this is proof that you have never known the instructions from the Creator.
He from the beginning of His Torah tells us how to be forgiven of sin.
Genesis 4:7
“Surely, if you improve yourself, you will be forgiven.”
Ezekiel 18:23
“Do I desire the death of the wicked? – the word of God. Is it not rather his return from his ways, that he might live.
Isaiah 45:21,22
“…Is it not I, G-d? there is no other god besides Me; there is no righteous god besides Me and no savior other than Me. Turn to Me and be saved, all the ends of the earth, for I am God and there is no other.
The Hebrew word here in this passage that is translated, ‘turn – or look (to me) in other translations comes from the Hebrew word for face. God is telling the nations to put their face to his face, to look to Him alone. And it is, He who forbids human sacrifice nor does He accept it as a valid offering unto Him because it was done in the service of the pagan gods of the nations; and He said not to worship Him as the nations worship theuir gods.
This is the knowledge of God that has been forgotten and thus is destroying people all over the earth.
Now a big question for those who want to flee idolatry
Do you have to become Jewish to serve, worship, walk with the God of Israel?
No, God gave the nations a covenant through Noah. Noah had kept the laws of God passed down to him from Adam. God added one to Noah when he came out of the ark and permitted the eating of flesh for the first time. These are called today as the Noahide laws for those who keep them are called Bnei Noah or Children of Noah
THE 7 LAWS
- Belief in one G-d
Acknowledge that there is only one G-d who is Infinite and Supreme above all things. Do not replace that Supreme Being with finite idols, be it yourself, or other beings. This command includes such acts as prayer, study and meditation. - Do not blasphemy
Respect the Creator. As frustrated and angry as you may be, do not vent it by cursing your Maker. - Do not murder
Respect human life. Every human being is an entire world. To save a life is to save that entire world. To destroy a life is to destroy an entire world. To help others live is a corollary of this principle. - Incestuous and adulterous relations are forbidden.
Respect the institution of marriage. Marriage is a most Divine act. The marriage of a man and a woman is a reflection of the oneness of G-d and His creation. Disloyalty in marriage is an assault on that oneness. - Do commit any theft.
Respect the rights and property of others. Be honest in all your business dealings. By relying on G-d rather than on our own conniving, we express our trust in Him as the Provider of Life. - Do not eat a limb torn from a living animal.
Respect G-d’s creatures. At first, Man was forbidden to consume meat. After the Great Flood, he was permitted – but with a warning: Do not cause unnecessary suffering to any creature. - Set up courts of justice.
Maintain justice. Justice is G-d’s business, but we are given the charge to lay down necessary laws and enforce them whenever we can. When we right the wrongs of society, we are acting as partners in the act of sustaining the creation.
There will be few who have a strong desire to serve God in a much more deeper way and may pursue conversion to Orthodox/Torah Judaism, that is fine as well. It is a hard long trek but worth the challenge. But understand one does not have to become a Jew to walk with God in righteousness.
I can explain more if you are interested.
Just remember when you go out evangelizing the Christian message you are peddling an abomination.
If you are concerned about what to do with your sin, there are several ways that God gives in His word on how to be forgiven of sin and for them to never be remembered by Him against you ever again that does not involve a sacrifice be it animal or human and without even one drop of blood.
For the nations, God gives you the story of Jonah, a Jewish messenger of God sent to a non-Jewish city. God was going to destroy the city because of its wickedness. But the city repented and God forgave them because of their actions and not one sacrifice, not one drop of blood was shed for the salvation of that city – check it out reread the story without an agenda.
I close with this,
2 Chronicles 7;14
“And My people, upon whom My Name is proclaimed, humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their evil ways – I will hear from Heaven and forgive their sin…”
We see here that God tells us to be humble, pray, seek His face and turn from evil and He will hear and forgive you of your sin.
Psalms 145:18
“The Eternal One is close to ALL who call upon Him, to all who call upon Him in truth.”
Dear Christian stop trading one abomination for another and turn to the One True God who ask for no human sacrifice to come to Him, He ask for no sacrifice at all for you to return, all he asks is for you to pray to Him alone and quit doing evil.
That’s all – it’s that easy – He takes no pleasure in the death of the wicked, all He wants is for you to turn your face to Him. Seeking Him is to search out and dig as for a treasure the knowledge of Him. Become a Divine treasure hunter as a result of your return.
